From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The Beach Club at the hotel will have a DJ playing music from 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Sun-Thu) and 01:00AM (Fri-Sat). The volume of the music might be slightly higher during this time. Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts. For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia. Meal plans for children are not included in the room rates. Charges for children must be paid separately upon check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Overall very good service. Swimming pool is amazing and access to the beach is a plus.

The cleaning was not done everyday even though I let the “clean up” sign on. The TV was not very responsive to the remote. The room designs are very basic as well.

Dear team The behavior of the staff at the dash resort was exceedingly rude, and they were entirely uncooperative. Additionally, I had booked my stay with my child, and during the reservation process, it was indicated that the child's stay would be complimentary. However, upon my arrival at the property, I requested an extra bed for my child, only to be informed that there would be a charge of 100 MYR per day, which I found to be inappropriate. Furthermore, the quality of room service did not meet expectations. Although my reservation was until the 15th of May, I chose to leave the resort on the morning of the 14th, as my experience significantly detracted from my trip to Langkawi.
