Very nice beach front and private. The Bar is so nice.

The location is quite far from community and the road is quite not so smooth.

I loved the view. You cannot get tired of the view from the private beach access, or the reception bar area. The staff were tremendous. Exceeded expectations.

The road getting there, the taxi said he could not make. I think he could have, but only tuk tuk or motorbike would go.

The resort was great in a sense that it was far away from the busy part of Moalboal.

Since our stay was within the dates of May 1 and 3, there was a party called Summer Madness that pops up every May 2. It was quite loud outside, yet we slept like there was no noise outside.

Old school feel, nothing fancy just nice, clean quiet and charming property

Riding moto on sand and rock road but it’s ok Little bit challenging at night
