Sehr schön zubereitet, Personal war in dem Bereich sehr höflich und schaffte sehr angenehme Atmosphere.

ehr guter Auftritt des Pałac Mierzęcin Wellness & Wine Resorts auf social medien, begleitet von einem sehr höflichen und engagierten Inhaber - einfach wunderbar! Im Restaurant zeigte sich das Personal größtenteils professionell, jedoch fehlte bei einigen jüngeren Kollegen die notwendige Empathie - schade! Der SPA-Bereich selbst ist gut ausgestattet, Behandlungen leider nur in begrenztem Umfang buchbar. Die durchgeführte Behandlungen waren sehr gut! leider war die Dame am Empfang im SPA jedoch eher desinteressiert und zeigte kein echtes Interesse am Kundenservice. Gerne Feedback direkt und mit Beispiele.
