Location, it is not up the mountain like it seems in the photos it is way down on highway

The breakfast was packed in a plastic box, and it says "good breakfast included" i don't know it was prepacked, and the last day we left at 8:30 and breakfast didn't come yet . The bathroom was really smelly, no toiletpaper. The door was unlocked at check in, we left the room at check out, I didn't see any staff at all.

Amazing little find on traveling from Udon Thani to Sukhothai. We arrived in the middle of a storm and were warmly greeted by the owner. We were shown our detached bungalow which was absolutely lovely. Huge bed/ living area with separate bathroom. A beautiful view from the bed overlooking the distant hills. All amenities supplied. Lovely clean white sheets and towels. Breakfast was a real treat with freshly cooked Thai food, fruit and toast. The accommodation is up a fairly steep hill so you would need to be able to walk. Also the turning into The Sunnery is a high steep driveway ok for bigger trucks but low cars beware of grounding. If we were passing through this way again this would be a definite!

No frills hotel, location is good as near Phu Tub Berk. Hotel nearby is quite dark therefore suggest check in during daylight. Hotel sign is only at one side of the road. Breakfast is simple and nice.

I stayed there with friends and family , it was so nice stay, we all were happy . The location is very good and convenience. The rooms are very nice and good simply design. The rooms are specious , clean and comfortable. There are terrace with table and chairs to sit and look out to the mountain view. The breakfast is good too , the owner looked after us very well and so friendly and helpful. We would like to come back here again. Thank you !, I really reccomend this place to everyone.

This Sunnery Ville is running by the owners them self wat give you a family atmosfeer very nice and helpfully people that doing everything for a comfortble stay. The rooms are very clean. The view is also nice when you sitting out side on the terras looking to the mountains. Even it's close to the main rout you don't have to worry about your sleep it's very quit inside the rooms. Breackfast Thai style but people make also for Farang so don't worry you need to tell them.
