La gentillesse de Matthew, toujours présent tout en étant discret, à l'écoute. La qualité du petit-déjeuner. Le rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Nous vous le recommandons vivement !!

Perfect breakfast. Excellent host (Alex) who is doing everything in his powers to please his guests and can arrange all kinds of tours or visits. Rooms are large and have good airconditioning. Lot sof things to do and see from Habarana, especially Sigiriya (Lions Rock). Good location, only few minutes walking from restaurants in Habarana. Rooms are located in gardens behind house of the host and his authentic bakery (also worth a visit). Lots of small animals like squirrels.

Small minor detail: a small carpet in the badrooms so you can leave the badroom with dry feed would be nice. Provide shower gel.

Ubytování bylo moc hezké v klidné lokalitě ale zároveň kousek od centra. Pokoj měl pohodlné postele a klimatizaci. Snídaně byly výborné včetně domácího pečiva od pana majitele. Ten nám velmi ochotně zařídil odvoz i řidiče na safari. Pobyt jsme si tu o jednu noc prodloužili.

Nic nás nenapadá.

The room was so big and clean. The location is good, walking distance to the bus stop going to Polonnaruwa and Trincomalee. It is also close to restaurants, shops etc. Alex Mathews is a very nice host. Very friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of things about Sri Lanka. He prepared really good breakfast.

Beautiful room in gorgeous location with amazing gardens. Lots of birds to watch while you take breakfast al fresco. Very close walking distance to high street where there are shops and eateries. Lots of choice for dinner. Our driver was able to stay onsite as they offer driver lodgings.

Great location, really pleasent and clean room & bathroom. Alex Mathews is really friend and kind to us. Brilliant hospitality. Breakfast was excellent. I really recommend this accommodation and I will come back again.

cleanliness, friendliness and care of Mr Mathews. The place was quiet and the room condition was superb value for money. Caring of the owner Mathews was excellent and food was of tasty.
