The ambience and stay ws really cozy and good

The food was not upto the mark.... We had ordered fried rice...it ws bad

AC Konked off 5 times within 3 Nights. WORST PART is: The Duty Manager had the gumption to come upto my room and tells me that the AC can't function and asks me to Adjust with it. What kind of attitude is this. And they call themselves Luxury Resort. Illumination inside the Room very poor. The power socket for Tea Pot not working, and when we complained they did NOTHING. The shower was partially faulty. The night before the day of my departure, the Manager offered to give me free dinner to mollify me. I refused to accept it. It would be better if they put their act in order, to justify their Luxury Resort Tag. Their series of blunders and deficiency in service doesn't end here. When I booked this property, I had made 100 Percent advance full payment at the time of booking itself. The horrendous part is that they send me 3 mails within a day to make atleast 25 percent payment before I checkin. Isn't this atrocious...........Readers plzz judge yourself what kind of a management is this.

It's on the highway and it's easy to miss it. May be a bigger board on the entrance is required.
