"This is my disappointment on record."

Property is within Gir Forest area.

With about Rs.8,000/- per night, the room is very very small and the room is old and lousy. No breakfast or no other offerings.

"Refused confirmed booking!"

The property should be black listed from all platforms. They refused to provide me the stay on the first day of the booking saying they are overbooked! The same was done a few others also. The person handling the reservations was most unhelpful and rude. After the stay, they refused to provide us any invoice saying it has to be given by booking.com. They tried to overcharge without providing any clarification. Till date I have been trying to get the business invoice, which was requested at the time of booking.
