The teachers let the staff chase me because I booked for myself just to go see my friends who went with the school for a trip even worse they chased late maybe it was 10:00 pm

I made a booking a month prior to the arrival date and paid immediately and got confirmation. On arrival date we were sent back and told the place was fully booked and they did not have space for us. I found this unprofessional and it was an incovinience to us. Why weren't we informed prior to the arrival the date. It simply means some guest are prioritised over others. I am very dissapointed and will never book again ever or recommend anyone.
