The room was beautiful, the resort in general is breathtaking, the restaurants were great, the Indian restaurant was our favorite.

Internet connection was absolutely terrible. Housekeeping would clean the room and leave dirty dishes from room service. The staff needs to be trained more. I asked for our room to be decorated for our anniversary, but when we got there…. Nothing. Check in took way too long.

There are very few healthy meal options available. Most of the food is quite greasy, which is not suitable for guests who follow a specific diet or have health-related dietary restrictions. The check-in and check-out processes take far too long. I had to wait approximately 45 minutes to check in, which is excessive. In most hotels I have visited in other countries, these procedures usually take no more than 5 to 10 minutes. The swimming pool could be better maintained, as it did not always appear to be very clean during my stay.
