I like the Swahili architecture and interior design of the rooms. The swimming pool that they are many . The baharini beach bar. Kimanzi , Peter and Francisca treated us well and we appreciate that .

The rugs in the rooms need to go , worn out for such a hotel . They put kids club on their website but unfortunately it’s not active so they need to remove it . Some of the staff there don’t know how to handle pressure, therefore in turn don’t treat their guest well. This comes to say how well are their staff trained and do they understand standard operating procedures of their respective departments. Some of the staff make the hotel look like a 3 to 4 star they need to do better! Also the food is just okay nothing special for such a hotel.
