The mattress on the pull down wall bed was like sleeping on a hammock! I had to relocate and sleep on hard couch which was still superior. The interior is in need of a little refresh.

It didn't give us what we paid, we paid for a another bed n it wasn't given like it said online when we reserved it, n room had No AC.

Property promises, outdoor views and outdoor space. We had none of that. The door to our room was off the street. And the room was located on the corner of Highway one and another busy street so very noisy. The room itself was in poor condition with peeling paint and very dark. I believe there was an apartment above us where we heard banging all day and all night. The front desk staff were very unaccommodating and unhelpful basically saying so sad too bad. I kept hearing the excuse that it was a timeshare property and there was nothing they could do. Although we were booked for two nights we left after one because we were so disappointed in this property. Without a doubt, it is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life And cannot recommend this property to anybody. what a complete waste of money.

Location is the best in Laguna Beach area.

Noise - both a/c & street noise, I couldn't sleep.
