Sunshine Coast Resort

Loved the location, beautiful spot on the water. Staff were so welcoming, friendly, gave us great information for activities both on resort and around the area. Adored Madeira Park area, IGA close by, plenty of restaurants to choose from near the resort, everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming our entire visit. Room was cozy, well stocked, and very comfortable. Loved that we got a decent sized mini fridge that fit everything, a kitchen sink, silver ware, cups plates bowls, etc... Great selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Water pressure and water was hot, nice sized bathtub, exceeded my expectations for what we anticipated would be there based on the room we rented. There were many opportunities to have a fire, there were fire pits on site, wood, and a hot tub right by the water. Was gorgeous, would definitely come back and look at renting a cabin/chalet with friends next time, and consider doing the ATV/boat rentals for sure! Also, a tree took out a power line on Tuesday evening, due to strong winds. Knocked out power for the entire Madeira Park area. We temporarily lost power in the suite, not for long. The staff did such a great job of checking in with guests, we heard them cruising around back and forth nonstop during the outage doing whatever they could within their control. Power was completely restored in less than an hour which was impressive.

Nothing in particular, neighbours in the unit above us were quite loud but that can't be helped as they had many children with them of various ages. If you need absolute silence, just book a top floor suite or a cabin/chalet. There was little to no ambient noise, very peaceful.

I liked the upgraded bathroom and the beautiful scenery and hot tub location

Beds and pull out couch are old and need upgrading .

Ocean views and very friendly and helpful staff.

Suite has strange odor. Carpet - appears dirty in my suite, need to be shampooed or replaced .Crumbs in kitchen cabinets. Kitchen garbage and recycling had contents in them from previous folks who stayed in the suite . Grout in shower is pink around the taps.

Clean and spacious room with an excellent view. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Soundproofing could be better. We were able to hear the room above us as they were using the shower early in the morning.

Great view of the Harbour. Beautiful balcony. Staff were friendly , helpful and have plenty of recommendations for things to do, places to eat.

Beautiful , the manager host Zebulan was very knowledgeable and helpful with check in.

Nothing , it was as perfect , can’t wait to come back
