"Super dedicated staff but not backed up at all by the owners."

View around. Pool (but too much chlorine). Food. Shanta (chef and manager) and Sanju (room boy) both super dedicated but stuggling with rooms features

First room not worth the price at all. Sink no water , cuper old equipment which is not a problem but it is not working at all. It means the owner absolutely never comes and / or has absolutely no practical idea of things. He has made a pool overlooking the fields to call it a "Resort" . He calls the first room "with pool view" which is not at all the case. On payment the owner billed an extra amount , like thinking they billed the Booking.com commission on top, while it was already included.
