Amazing staff: very helpful, understanding and always nice! We loved the Aqua restaurant for breakfast and dinners: different cuisine for dinner every night and all food super delicious. However, plenty of other restaurants to choose of, but Aqua is definitely the best! Great spa, a but pricey - but I believe in line with average pricing on Maldives. Highly recommend the sunset bar - the views, and cocktails are great We also loved the souvenirs shop: nice selection of locally made jewels Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back Special thanks to our butler Kumar: he really made our stay special, was super helpful with all our needs and requests!!

Not the Hotel's responsibility, but the seaplane had an issue on the morning of our departure - so we had to wait for the replacement for 1,5h... The hotel made their best by taking us to the Male and their representatives at the airport helped to avoid the queue and do all the checks quickly , so we didn't miss our planes - but we were literally running through the checks and made it to the gate when the boarding was closing Overall, the transportation by seaplane is a but risky - very dependant on weather, the timing / schedule is not precise, as we learnt later such issues with seaplanes is not a rare problem - I believe this is an issue of Maldivian Airlines

Excellent place, excellent staff and service. Faya as our main contact made everything possible that we didn't want to leave the place. Agri on the childcare section took great care of our baby. Rabiul in the restaurant side made everything amazing for us every time we were there. Amazing people, amazing service.

Some other resorts have their own dedicated sea planes and their dedicated lounge in the local airport. Emerald not having that, can make you wait 2-3 hours on the airport. After flying there for so many hours, this is very important to make that wait shorter for people.

The Emerald Faarafushi is a beautiful island getaway that delights the senses and really delivers an unforgettable holiday experience across the board. There is a real eye for detail and quality that shines through in everything. All-inclusive can sometimes mean compromising on quality but never at Faarafushi. The food is top-notch, overseen by a fantastic culinary team, and each restaurant has its own unique experience. And the drinks menu is surprisingly rich, with premium spirits, good wines and other options available whenever you want them. What makes Faarafushi stand out is its people, or Champions! We were very lucky to have Faya looking after us on a day to day basis. The tres amigos at the dive center, Ilya, Miru and Luca, took us on 6 amazing dives and taught us some great new techniques. Aidana was always a friendly face whenever we dined. And the daily volleyball with Dr Jafar, King Kalyan, Jerry, Asli, Vijay and the team was always a great way to set the sun with good friends (quickly followed by jumping into the warm sea). We cannot complement the island and its team enough and strongly recommend to others who enjoy a quality-mindset in a breathtaking setting to relax and unwind.

The entire staff were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Their service was nothing short of exceptional, particularly the spa service which left us feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive, with the complimentary bikes making island exploration a breeze and the rooms were impeccably clean, and the room service was efficient and responsive. The snorkeling spots boasting vibrant reefs, the diving center, and the paddle court provided endless entertainment, ensuring we were constantly engaged and entertained. A special shoutout to our island host, Igga, whose attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and overall level of service truly elevated our stay. Thanks to Igga's meticulous planning, we were able to explore the diverse dining options with ease, and each meal was a delight. We are immensely grateful for his efforts in making our experience seamless and memorable.

The only drawback we encountered was the slight distance and the sea plane stopover, but in the grand scheme of things, it hardly detracted from our overall fantastic experience.

Our stay at the resort was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel instantly at ease. The location is absolutely stunning, with direct access to a pristine, peaceful beach — the perfect place to relax and take in the sunset. One of the highlights of our trip was the snorkeling experience. The water was crystal clear, and we got to explore some beautiful underwater life right off the beach. It was safe, well-organized, and an experience we’ll always remember. The spa was another standout — so calming and professional, it was the ideal way to unwind after a day in the sun. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff made us feel completely pampered. The food at the resort was delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. A big thank you to Virendra at the restaurant, who was always attentive, friendly, and made every meal special with his warm and professional service. We also can’t thank Faya enough for taking such amazing care of us throughout our stay. He was always available, incredibly helpful, and made sure every detail was just right. His thoughtful service made us feel truly looked after.
