Great choice for relaxing time at Sao Tome (was pur last stay and it was a good choice). Personal is not good in English but in cases of need (broken tire from rented car and emergency wheel was broken, too!) they came to our spot to provide us with new tire and new emergency wheel. Good food, nice beach with a lot of fishes to observe. Santana Island is really beautiful, so take the trip there (its included)

l have impression when you speak English personnel is confused and say ‘no problem’ then l know they do not understand what l said;)

Clean surroundings, picturesque

The breakfast was not that good. Not enough options and the juice was not natural. If someone is paying that amount at least the breakfast should be worth it. Please improve with your breakfast.

The grounds and amenities are amazing - free boat trip to the nearby island, limitless snorkeling, kayaking and stand up paddle. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The food was expensive and there was no a La carte menu for dinner so you were forced to eat and expensive three course meal every dinner.

Exclusive beach and pool. Excellent food. Very nice staff. For sure the best resort in São Tomé.

The Hotel is located perfectly on the island and the views are incredible. The food is also amazing, both breakfast and dinner - Saturday they even have special dinner, which seems expensive at the first glance, but the quality is very good so definitely worth (also Sao Tome is not cheap country, you might be surprised by the prices). The beach is also nice

It's sometimes hard to do things spontaneously and you can't just go out to walk, you're kind of isolated. Best is to rent a car or have guided tours. Taxi's are super expensive. I think more flexibility would make it from a great stay to a wonderful stay. Wi-Fi needs to be improved ... not sure how, because it is a problem on the whole island but internet is bad

The help of the medical center was excellent!

Food was mainly a very expensive buffet, no a la carte possible. Most of the staff didnt speak any English, the information varied from staff person to another. The diving center at the resort unexpectadly cancelled our conrfirmed dives stating that he is fully booked.

Food variety needs to improve with more local food options
