Die Angestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und hat in den meisten Fällen auch geschmeckt. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war reichhaltig und bot eine grosse Auswahl. Die Anzahl Liegen am Pool sind, wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, eher knapp bemessen.

Die Reinigung der Zimmer bedarf aus meiner Optik einer Nachschulung, oder müsste besser kontrolliert werden. Irgend etwas fehlte immer, oder wurde bei der Reinigung vergessen; sei es ein Badetuch, die Duschmatte, Kleenex-Tücher, Kaffee-Kabseln, etc.

The location and the accommodation was great. Bar staff great as was the older gentleman who was working behind reception upon check in.

One of the female receptionists came across as impolite on more than one occasion - not only to myself but to others. She had dark brunette/black hair. Needs to be retrained for front of house as she is letting the team down when it comes to being accommodating towards guests. Otherwise, everybody else was polite, warm and friendly.

La habitación que al abrir la puerta de la terraza. Estas prácticamente en la piscina. Espectacular.

Que no haya en el staff, almenos uno que habla o el italiano o español aparte del ingles
