The property is a very attractive place that was established.

Very high standard hotel Excellent pool Hotel is located in a tea plantation with a lovely and relaxing view The rooms are very very clean. The food is delicious and very fresh. Everything is organized There is a lot to explore in the area. The staff and hotel manager are intelligent and nice people, happy to help with anything you need and all with a big smile. We had a birthday for our child The hotel helped us make him happy and feel good The hotel owner made an amazing cake that made our hearts happy. Highly recommend to anyone who wants high standard rooms in the middle of nature To come to the hotel We had a great time, thank you very much.

We liked the food and the environment.

We didn't have tea or coffee and the electric kettle in the room. We would would prefer if we had a chair in the room too.

The variety of food from local to western was really nice to see as a local most of these places do not cater to our taste, very worth price, the location might be a little awkward to reach, but is worth it.

The staff weren't able to handle the huge crowd, cause of all the people staying cause of Christmas, therefore the staff weren't able unable to give customers the best experience out there, but still worth the price.

The hotel is located in a scenic spot in the middle of a small tea estate. The surrounding views are spectacular. The staff were so helpful and the food was absolutely amazing! They set up the ping pong table for us and drove us to the beautiful Sembuwaththa lake. Well worth a visit if you love nature, hiking through tea estates and Sri Lankan food.

There was nothing that I could think of that needed improving.

This hotel is located in a tea plantation. We stayed in a very well-appointed room with a balcony. The views were breathtaking. The bathroom was enormous and very clean. We enjoyed a dip in the infinity pool, which also took in spectacular views. We took the half board package and really enjoyed the meals. As we were there a couple of nights we tried the Chinese and the western menus. Both were great. The chef checked after each meal to ensure we were satisfied.

Unfortunately there was no wifi due to the location, but the owner is hoping to get this happening soon. Sometimes there were difficulties with communicating with staff due to the language barrier, but we appreciated that all staff were trying hard to be helpful.
