the room was so clean and comfortable. staff was so nice

I didn't like smell of the smoking from guests next room and noise of the vehical was a bit disturbing us at night time.

Nice and friendly staff, they're so kind. Good location, pretty close to park and lake, market and grocery shops. Perfect for outdoor activities like cycling (road, gravel, MTB), running, walking, fishing, and SUP !

Overall was good. But I found toilet seat in my room wasn't work properly, it's broken. Should replace a new one. It'll be great to ensure facilities in room are well-maintained.

Very comfortable and value for money. Parking right at the doorstep. Great location, just a minutes drive from convenience stores and many eaterieas WW2. Nice and relaxing vibe.

Not an easential, but a hairdryer would be great!

Great value. Recently refurbished bathroom is like something from a higher end resort. The location of the chalets around the pool is very attractive. Walking, running and cycling track around the reservoir is immediately in front of the resort. 7-11 is also very close.

The board walks around the property are getting a bit old and one broke under my feet. I understand they are about to be replaced. Location isn't great if you don't have a specific reason to be in that area. A restaurant would be good , but there is a small coffee shop attached.
