It was absolutely amazing. Everything was literally 10/10. Villa was amazing, food was delicious and staff and service was exceptional.

I loved everything about the property except a tiny point regarding the freshness of the pool water. If they upgrade the quality of the pool water just a notch it would be undoubtedly a full 10/10

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. In the villa, it was very private, and it felt like we were the only people staying in the whole resort. Facilities were modern and well maintained. Any requests or issues that we had were dealt with very expeditiously.

It was a bit of a surprise that at the price point of this property, breakfast was not included as part of our stay. Moreover, there were little things in the villa that were all for sale, like coffee capsules, and bath bombs, and orange juice. These little amenities, if they were included, could have really elevated the experience. One attraction from our state was that the pool filtration system is located directly underneath the bedroom and ran 24/7 nonstop. It was also quite loud. So while it was nice to have some background white noise on occasion, the fact that it was constant got a little irritating over time. One of the pluses for this property was that you could download an app to communicate with all of the different departments at the hotel, which was really convenient. However, the user experience of this app left a little bit to be desired, and there was no forum for guests to provide feedback.

The villa offered a stunning panoramic view of the city and the sea. The private pool was quite large and very well designed, with excellent privacy, making it especially suitable for women wearing hijab. The villa felt safe, comfortable, and ideal for a family stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle drivers in particular were very kind, professional, and accommodating.
