Beautiful surroundings, lovely room.Great breakfast with a magnificent view.Great value for money.

Location is great! You have everything nearby (food, cafe, massage places) and it’s near the main attractions. The breakfast experience is great. You get to choose from 3-4 options, and they prepare it on the spot. The view from the breakfast area is relaxing, overlooking the lake. Very accommodating and friendly staff too, who happily catered to my special requests, eg less rice. Bathroom is spacious! There’s a huge space for you to shower, with lots of dry area to change.

The room is very noisy when it rains. You can hear the rain hitting the roof, which caused me to wake up in the middle of the night and lost sleep subsequently. The room is also dark and old looking — I’m not sure, this could be a personal style preference so this may be subjective. For example, the room overlooks a small garden outside your room, almost fully filled with plants and rocks. Hence, there isn’t really natural sunlight coming in and it just looks gloomy.

Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Bee bedanken, die uns mit ihren guten Englischkenntnissen und tollen Tipps sehr geholfen hat. Die Atmosphäre hier ist sehr entspannt, von der Frühstücksterasse und vom Pool hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Fluss und die Berge. Direkt vor dem Hotel in der Strasse gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars, Supermarkt 300 m Laufentfernung.

L'environnement de l'hôtel est magnifique, le jardin est au bord de la rivière Kwaï, la piscine et la salle du petit déjeuner ont vue sur la rivière c'est apaisant. Le personnel est très agréable, comme souvent en Thaïlande et notamment Bee qui est à l'accueil et parle très bien anglais. Elle est également de très bon conseil pour les visites à faire aux alentours. l'hôtel est bien placé dans la ville et il est au calme

Dans notre chambre la clim ne devait pas être bien entretenue car quand on la mettait en route il y avait une désagréable odeur d'humidité qu'on ne retrouvait pas dans la salle de bains qui est pourtant une "pièce d'eau" parce qu'elle n'était pas climatisée. Dans notre chambre le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas Et surtout le lit que j'ai trouvé particulièrement dur malgré un sur-matelas, le matin je me levais avec un mal de dos. J'avais l'impression de dormir sur une planche. Le petit déjeuner très quelconque et banal. Les serveuses ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais, en revanche, elles sont très sympathiques et on arrivait à se comprendre malgré cela.

Relatively central location, walkable from the Train station but a bit further to the Bus station so you might need a taxi. The bridge is about 1.5-2km away. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by but the hotel is set back off the road so relatively quite at night. We had one of the garden rooms with a more traditional décor. Basic but functional with a large bathroom and shower. A very comfortable Asian style platform bed. A simple and limited but good breakfast overlooking the river on a open terrace, a nice start to the day. The staff were very friendly. There is a small pool, but we didn't use it.

Nothing really. Hotel was what we expected and great value.

Everything. The boss lady was very friendly with good advice.
