This hotel is a dream for back backers - like a 5 star lux hotel. Exactly in the center of the beach. Next door neighbour is the best 5 star hotel of the island. For the peole older than 30 it is 3 star hotel in nice location with Good breakfest. Room was big. Full of fake plastic flowers, fake bird cage with plastic birds and etc. Huge bathroom. Entrance to the room was behind pool shower cabin. Entrance to the hotel lobby was also interesting. It seems it was a other near by 5 star hotel workers working route. Smelled like a toilet area.

Entrance to the pool only from your room. Area between beach and pool not build out. Air condidioner was aiming direcy to the the bed. 10 pm all workers gone and lobby locked up.

The breakfast was amazing, nice buffet and fresh made eggs as you like Them. service as amazing, staff noticed where we liked to sit, so when a lot of new guest arrived, they made sure to reserve our favorit table evwey morning, without us asking. The wiew from the room terrasse is to kill for , and the Beach was the best i have seen in me 3 times on koh kood. Room was nice and spaceious and had everything we needed. We had our 18 month Old baby With us, and the place and staff was very much child friendly. Just keep in mind to have the doors from room to terrasse closed With small kids , as the pool is directly infront of terrasse. We loved that though !

Its a little expensive even though it is very nice.
