"Nice view and location but......"

We like the view of the mountain and location of the hotel.

The hotel really need a big renovation! 1. We had to use our phones' flashlight to get to our room. 2. The floor tiles are broken apart. 3. The bathroom smells really bad it made us don't want to get into. 4. The main shower doesn't have a water heater. Anyway, the second shower does have a water heater but it is mounted very low as it is suppose to use with bathtub. 5. The sofa is kind of broken. 6. We stayed for 2 nights but there was no room service. (Not sure if we supposed to tell the staff to clean our room or not) 7. The hotel should pay more attention to the cleanliness in the room.
