Little Village Chiang Mai

Het was een heerlijk rustig plekje met super personeel. Het zit net een beetje buiten chiang mai maar je bent overal heel snel.

Schöne, entspannte abgelegene Unterkunft. Der Besitzer ist ein super lustiger Typ, hat viele gute Tips für weitere Aktivitäten- man kann direkt vor Ort Motorroller und Fahrräder ausleihen (sehr praktisch)

Wir waren in 3 verschiedenen Zimmer - die waren soweit okay. Es könnte allerdings etwas mehr Arbeit hinein investiert werden & dann wären es richtige Schmuckstücke.

Food is great.. though it would be nice if it is included in the stay and include it in the bill. But overall it is lovely vacation stay

Quiet, rural, authentic Thai experience

Oh my goodness… what fun we had during our stay here! Me and my partner booked this for my birthday weekend as a little treat… it did not disappoint. Not only is the site STUNNING, the rooms are beautiful, the pool is refreshing and clean, it’s so embedded within the natural landscape, the food is DELICIOUS… and so so much more! What made our stay here like no other is the hospitality we received… every single member of staff were dedicated to making us feel welcomed (not in an arse lick kind of way ahah!) but in a way that made us feel apart of the little village family for the short time we spent there. They bought me a cake for my birthday and gathered around to sing happy birthday, a day I was dreading to be honest… and they made it so special. We also spent Songkran with the team and oh my god my liver is still recovering! They let us go through the parade with them on the back of their truck and what good fun it was! Thank you so much to everyone, if you’re planning a trip to the outskirts of Chiang Mai… add this place to your list.

There was nothing we didn’t like! Some notes just for others booking however- it is like a 30 minute drive out from Chiang Mai centre so you will either need to book a taxi or ride a bike (which they do offer rentals at the resort!!!)

The only positive thing about this stay was that a late check-in in the evening was not a problem. The refund was then processed via Booking.com and returned within two days, which we appreciate.

However, once we got to the room, the experience quickly became unacceptable. After taking a quick shower and trying to go to bed, we heard strange noises coming from the walls. It turned out there were large ants living inside, and they were also walking around on the floor. The room was also full of spider webs, which made it feel very unclean. On top of that, the electricity in the room stopped working entirely. We reported everything and ended up leaving the same night. We were told we would receive a refund. Initially, there was some confusion—the manager indicated it had already been processed, but only the late check-in had been accepted, not the full refund. After clarifying this in a follow-up call, the issue was handled quickly.
