Freindly staff

The mattress was led on a solid block of concrete, very uncomfortable and dangerous. I split my toe by hitting it as it was very sharp. No water in the bathroom sink. TV didn't work. It was in the ruff end of the town. Rats and rubbish everywhere outside the property. Took ages to find it reception was in a phone shop.
