Everything was great! The room was very clean, almost perfectly clean, I would say:) But I was most impressed by the level of detail they provided for guests. They had everything you could possibly need (even mosquito spray!) and all this for a very affordable price. There’s also a kitchen, making it a perfect place for long-term stays (if you like the area).

I did have the worst located room although I asked two months before to allocate on away from the street

It was some unique experience in Phuket. I liked specious bed and room. First i needed to get to use to shower but at the end worked out well. Room was cleaned everyday, never had a problem with it. Good wifi and value for money.

If you would like to have vacation next to the beach where you can not swim- for sure thats a place. Close restaurants and lots of massage places to go. I just felt a bit far from beaches. 7 min by scooter to closest small beach( which i did not have and needed have a grab app). 40 min to phuket town, 30 min to phatong beach. Depending what you like

The room is very clean and well provisioned. Including room safe, AC, fridge, kettle, coffee supplies, bottled water x2 supplied daily, plates bowls and cutlery, chest of drawers, space to hang clothes, drying rack, laundry basket, umbrellas, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Power socket and small lamp table beside the bed. Great value.

If you are a light sleeper and need to go to bed early, the music from nearby bars might be annoying. Communal seating in the courtyard was directly in line with my sliding glass door. The doors have a mirror tint, but this is less effective when it is not bright and sunny, or when you turn a light on inside. There are only blockout curtains.

Once I walked in I felt very positive atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and has everything you need including free drinking water. I extended my stay straight away after checking in.

It can get pretty noisy at night by the neighbouring bars but I wore earplugs and had good sleep.
