Hutyee Boat Bungalow

Hutyeeboat and his family were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Every morning he would say make a coffee, have a doughnut, take your girlfriend some too which was very nice. He and his daughter organised tours and bus travel for us which was a good price and all went well. The bungalow was very spacious with a great balcony. With a fridge and en suite I definitely wouldn't call it a basic bungalow for the price. You can keep food and use the kitchen to make your meals. Boiling water and cold filter water on tap is great, along with free coffee, tea, doughnuts, fruit etc was a really nice touch. They were also happy to lend us a scooter free of charge if we were just popping out for dinner.

We encountered a few 'critters' in our bungalow on the first night but no issues for the next 5 nights... It's hard to seal this kind of bungalow off from nature. The water doesn't run clear but it's not too bad and I imagine neighbouring places have the same issues.

Lovely hosts, simple and sweet bungalows with a hammock on the porch. Is very basic, no air con but don't really need it. There is a kitchen that you are free to use, and plenty of drinking water to refill your bottles. Hutyee and his family are very lovely, and were very helpful in arranging day trips or transport, trying to get the best option and price for you.

Hutyee, the owner, is a great personality and very open and helpful. Bungalows were basic but still beautiful and comfy.

The owner was soo friendly. Gave us free rice soup every morning and arranged very cheap transport and day trips. Very comfortable, considering it is a bungalow you are staying in.

The airconditioning was broken, gues that can sometimes happen.
