Location.

- Staff are helpful but confused. They are programmed well, but if you ask for something else other than what’s in the bookings. They became really confused and repetitive. For example, I booked three rooms and one needs to be upgraded… it took 15min and saying the same thing 3-4 times to get the message across. - The upgraded room was dirty with food leftover and wet bed, and had to be changed again.

Location is pretty good in terms of the beach closed to hotel area.

The room needs improvement for flooring, and restroom needs fixing, the drain water pipe of sink is leaking a lot and drain pipe looks very dusty. We ordered water melon juice and found that price is very expensive, 147 THB when compared with quality.

The room is big enough fitting its price but it is dirty, not clean, and poorly decorated. The hotel's outside decoration is fine

The room is very dirty, there is a red parasite in the toilet, it is so disgusting. The room light is not enough and looks old. Breakfast is poor, not fitting with the room rate. The swimming pool has no roof, cannot swim on a hot day

The room very small.
