Amplasarea locației a fost deosebită, cu vedere la mare absolut superbă, cameră curată in care se făcea curățenie zilnic, marea foarte aproape de hotel,mâncarea nu a fost foarte diversificată, dar găseai totuși ceva pe gustul tău in fiecare zi. În general, totul a fost la superlativ .

Mâncarea ar fi putut fi mai diversificată .

The hotel’s concept is exceptionally well designed. When you are on vacation, you prefer not to think about what to choose from the menu or where to dine. The hotel alleviates this hustle by providing a wide selection of food and a variety of cocktails that you can easily grab and enjoy while continuing to live a relaxed lifestyle. We were fortunate to have a pleasant room in the 9th block, conveniently located near all activities, which made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel’s strongest asset is its staff, who are incredibly friendly and attentive. They remember you, greet you, and ask about your stay and preferences. From the waitstaff to the General Manager, everyone is very cheerful and genuinely concerned for your comfort. The spa therapists were surprisingly professional; Deva, one of the therapists, is a true expert in her field, employing strong techniques. We also enjoyed massages from Kadek and Devi. Additionally, there was a lady from Bali who performed a facial treatment; regrettably, I did not ask for her name, but she was excellent. Svetlana from the Guest Relations team was almost always present, assisting us promptly with any requests. She approached us several times to check if we needed anything and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Among the restaurant staff, we particularly noted Zinar and another gentleman who prepared barbecues outside every evening, always with a friendly demeanor. We had a late flight, and the hotel kindly extended our stay. Throughout our visit, General Manager Deniz Bey was consistently present, engaging with guests alongside the entire hotel team.

1. The internet connection was extremely slow. Over the last two days of our stay, it was repeatedly turned off and on. We communicated this issue to the Guest Relations team, who claimed it had been fixed; however, the situation became even worse. 2. The hotel had three pools available: an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool for families with children and adults, and an upper pool that was exclusively for adults. Unfortunately, the adults-only pool was also utilized by children. I once counted twelve children of various ages in that pool. This made swimming there rather inconvenient for us, but we had no other options to choose from.

I liked that the sea was right next to the hotel and that it had its own private beach. We were given a room upgrade with a beautiful sea view.

There was a bit of music coming from other hotels late in the evening, sometimes until midnight, but it was only noticeable when the windows were open. There was a good variety of dishes, but I would have preferred a smaller selection with better quality. Nevertheless, there was always something to choose from that we liked.

Дуже привітний персонал, гарна зелена територія, все близько, їжа цілий день, все необхідне в номері є, базар поряд, чисто, весело. Дякуємо.

Das personal ist immer noch( ende saison) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Leider ist die anlage langsam sehr abgewohnt und gehört, dringend renoviert. Ausserdem ist das essen seit unserem sommeraufenthalt um vieles schlechter geworden, auch das animationsprogramm hat nachgelassen, aber nach 7 mon. Vollem einsatz, darf man müde sein.

Очень вежливый персонал от ресепшена до клининга. Потрясающий вид с балкона! Ассортимент блюд очень широк. С диетическим меню, возможностью хорошо покушать вегетарианцам. Прилегающая территория огромная с банановыми пальмами и мандариновыми деревьями. Множество цветов. Всё ухожено и ежедневно поддерживается в чистоте. Прошел курс лечебного массажа. Привет менеджеру Ильхаму , и отдельное спасибо массажистке Динаре. Я остался очень доволен. Рекомендую.

Зелена, ухоженная территория. Первая линия. Персонал очень любезный. Еда качественная и разнообразная. Много фруктов и овощей. Вкусные десерты. Достаточно качественный алкоголь. Море чистое. Интересные шоу по вечерам. Днём аква-аэробика в море, йога, волейбол, зумба.

Мы были в октябре, бассейн без подогрева, нашим детям было прохладно купать. Частный пляж небольшой, лежаки очень близко друг к другу и с самого утра гости занимают лежаки своими полотенцами, хотя не используют их до обеда или вообще, но это скорее претензия не к отелю а к его постояльцам. Дискотеки в соседних отелях поинтересней.
