Очень отзывчивый и приветливый персонал, говорят на русском английском и турецком. Отель хоть и не новый, но все очень чисто и аккуратно, услуги СПА высший класс! С номера открывался великолепный вид на море! Отдельно отмечу питание, это было просто божественно, мясо - какое хочешь: вареное, запеченое, на гриле, куча закусок и гарниров, всегда всего хватало! В 9 корпусе вам поможет отзывчивая Светлана. Будьте уверены, она сделает максимум чтобы решить возникший у вас вопрос! Хотим сказать ей огромное спасибо за помощь!

Из минусов могу только отметить дискотеки в соседнем отеле, ночью могут быть проблемы со сном из-за этого, но мы так упахивались днем, что нам это не сильно мешало.

The gym was a ruin, the menu was the same every day and not very good.

Обирали довго готель, та все ж таки зупинились на цьому, та ні на секунду не прогадали! Харчування,сервіс,розваги для дітей, все на висоті🫰🏼 Сподобалось різноманітне харчування, вибір величезний, присутні морепродукти, риба на грилі, мʼясо різних видів, такоє є дієтичне меню, все дуже смачне та свіже. Територія-це ще один великий плюс цього готелю, є де погуляти та зробити гарні фото❤️‍🔥 Все зелене та доглянуте, персонал дбає про чистоту території. Є 3 басейни (2 відкриті та один під накриттям) , також присутні гірки для дітей є дитяча кімната та дитяче меню, що також є великим плюсом, хто відпочиває з дітками . Готель дійсно відповідає очікуванням,нам дуже сподобалось, однозначно приїдемо ще 😍

The positive thing was the beach, veeeery nice beach, and the food was not bad.. the breakfast, snacks, lunch always the same, which made it repetitive and monotonous food, but dinner was everyday different and it was good.

First, the bedroom was so small and the bed even smaller for two persons, they gave us only one person blanket, the pillows was so bad and poor quality.. the terrace hallway was so short that it caused a lot of disturbance in the morning or if you want to take a nap after lunch, there will be always light in room cause of it. The hotel is big, but they have only two lifts, and one was always off, so you have to take trap or wait or wait for looong, they have a bar & cinema & kids show place in the hotel but never open or busy, no activities.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, direkt am Strand - an einer wunderschönen malerischen Bucht. Sand, Kiesstrand. Es wurden viele Aktivitäten angeboten und das Animationsteam hat wirklich engagierte Arbeit geleistet. Teilweise ist die Musik für Ruhesuchende allerdings zu laut und zu wenig Pausen. Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Serviceteam im Restaurant, insbesondere Herr Naci, liest einem alle Wünsche vom Mund ab! Klasse. Auch das Team, was für Reinigung sorgte, leistete super Arbeit. Fazit: für einen tollen Familienurlaub oder Urlaub mit Freunden: klare Empfehlung. Für den ruhesuchenden Individualtourist eher zu aktionreich, aber mit einer bisschen Abgrenzung in der tollen Natur auch machbar. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaubsort!

Nothing

Everything was great, except for the bartenders in all bars except the one in the lobby. They were always frowning and angry, as if we were to blame for going for a drink. They couldn't even mix a drink properly. In contrast, the two at the lobby bar were great and provided excellent service. With the exception of the bartenders I described, all other staff members are responsive and very friendly. There was a huge variety of food in sufficient quantities. There were traditional Turkish dishes, which was nice. Great entertainers, except for those who acted as DJs, playing the same 20 songs every day and acting like they owned the place. The girls from the entertainment team (from Tanzania) clearly enjoy their work and do it professionally. Large and clean swimming pool. The photographer with the parrots in the complex is very cheeky.

The bartenders at the poolside and beach bars, the DJs, the photographer. The beach is rocky and not suitable for use without water shoes.

La plage est belle. Une bonne nourriture, beaucoup de variétés avec du bon goût.

Manque d'aération dans le bloc principal n°9 surtout dans les couloirs, le restaurant, la piscine intérieur et dans l'arèna.
