The staff were absolutely lovely, smiley and friendly and so attentative, we didn't need to ask for a thing, someone was always ready to help. The hotel was incredibly clean, and the food at the buffet was exceptional. We had a late flight and the hotel were very kind to accommodate us using facilities and having somewhere to wash before we left, which was really kind.

Only one small thought that some parts like hallways to rooms / some room decor looked a bit tired and could possibly do with updating - but nothing major.

Eğer bir gün yolu güzel şehrimiz İstanbul’un güzide semti Esenlere düşerse kendisinin insanları hayvanlardan ayıran en önemli şeylerden birinin nedem nezaket olduğu konusunda bilgilendirileceğine hiç şüphem yok. Ben misafir hukuku gereği uzatamadım ama buna rağmen hotel yorumum 10 üzerinden 10.

Amazing experience, great staff, did not miss anything. Excellent organisation and communication, facilities and amenities.
