We absolutely loved this place. So many guests are visiting the hotel every year while there are hundreds of other options nearby - it speaks for itself. I will not talk about the comfort, views, food and drinks, because this was already mentioned enough. What I want to highlight is how the service is amazing. I appreciate how chill vibe they create at the same time being so professional. You can talk to anybody and they are friendly, relaxed, not exhausted of their work as in many other hotels. Obviously you can see it if you focus on details. Animators don’t just rush from one place to another, they can sit, talk (and how good English they speak!), watch a football game with your husband (cheers to Eren if you’re reading it :), we can hang out everyday and feel at home - i really appreciate it… Congratulations to the hotel management, you don’t hesitate to hire enough professionals so they have energy and competencies to keep this place so positive!

The food options were amazing and the resort staff were all very polite and welcoming. The resort had lots of activities and a great ambience and vibe. Unfortunately, I got ill at one point and really appreciated how the guest relations staff checked in and even arranged my transport back from the hospital.

The staff could do better with understanding English. It's quite frustrating that a lot of foreigners come and English, as a standard international language isn't understood/spoken by hospitality staff in Turkey.

The hotel is located in a fabulous part of Turkey, with a magical view of the coastline. The pools are all well crafted, with great sun bathing opportunities and access to fun and well-stocked bars, including tasty ice cream treats! The hotel itself has lots of eating options and the food throughout the day is super… the variety at breakfast is a particular highlight. The staff are generally great, especially those in the restaurants, but also Emre on the front desk, he was fantastic!

-It’s a bit of a journey from the airport, with a direct transfer 75 minutes away and if you include drop-offs, that can eek up to 2 hours. -Charging to use tennis and golf equipment is a bit rubbish, especially with the total cost of the “all-inclusive” packages!! -Whilst free use of most of the al la carte restaurants at least twice in a 7 day stay is good, if people stay for 2 weeks, they should get double this allowance… -The guest-relations staff were unhelpful, always in their phones, and not very accommodating when we tried to book one of the restaurants… refusing to hold a booking without official room number being ready, it seemed very rigid, and untrusting!

Beach , unfortunately it’s not a sandy beach , big rocks is making it very hard to get in and out of the sea . It’s mostly windy and waves it even harder . There are huge boulders in the sea which people can hit their legs. Compared to other beaches in Fethiye this was a disappointment
