L hotel est magnifique, le personnel très accueillant, le buffet très riche et variés, les animations à la piscine et à la plage, la nourriture c'était super.

Le type de salle de bain adapté pour personnes handicapées, il était préférable d'avoir une salle de bain normale

Très grand hôtel avec de belles piscines et des chambres spacieuses. Nous avions réservé deux chambres communicantes avec nos enfants, ce qui était très pratique et agréable. Les chambres mériteraient toutefois un rafraîchissement car elles ne sont pas très modernes. Le principal point négatif est l’insonorisation : les chambres sont très bruyantes et le bruit peut être gênant, surtout la nuit. Le complexe propose de nombreuses activités (aquagym, yoga, etc.) et les animations sont excellentes, particulièrement pour les enfants. Un grand merci à Eftalya ainsi qu’à sa collègue aux cheveux bouclés et aux lunettes du Kids Club. Elles sont formidables avec les enfants et très appréciées des parents. La restauration offre beaucoup de choix, mais la qualité n’est pas toujours au rendez-vous. Les fruits sont souvent les mêmes et manquent de variété. En revanche, l’ambiance est très agréable et tout le personnel de l’hôtel est souriant, serviable et attentif. Malgré quelques points à améliorer, nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.
