Wunderschöne Anlage mitten in den Reisfeldern. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und hübsch gestaltet. Auch das Restaurant (auch wenn recht verwestlicht) und der Pool waren schön.

Leider wird von Anfang an das Gefühl vermittelt, dass man hier nur möglichst viel Geld ausgeben soll. Alle Angebote sind vergleichsweise sehr teuer. Am Ende haben wir uns aus Bequemlichkeit dazu entschieden unsere Wäsche durch das Hotel waschen zu lassen und es sehr bereut. Mindestens 3mal so teuer wie überall anders. Dafür haben wir schmutzige und stark zerknitterte Kleidung wieder zurück bekommen. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde uns ein lächerlicher Betrag als Rabatt angeboten. Wir konnten fast alle Kleidungsstücke anschließend nochmal waschen lassen und ein T-Shirt war gar nicht mehr zu retten. Auch die Kommunikation lässt zu wünschen übrig: wir haben ein Busticket für die Weiterfahrt über das Hotel gebucht. Der ausgewählte Bus war leider ausgebucht. Kann passieren. Erfahren haben wir das jedoch nur weil wir mehrmals nachgefragt haben ob die Buchung nun geklappt hat oder nicht. Hätten wir nicht nochmal nachfragt hätten wir nie erfahren dass wir keine Bustickets haben und daher keinen Transport am Tag unserer abreise.

Lovely property. Great location on the rice fields. We stayed in the Villa which is a short ride away, but transport is immediate with a text. Great staff. Long works hard to make your stay an excellent one and is a real asset. The property is really well run, and drivers, tours etc.. are easily and efficiently organized.

The only issue was they burn wood to keep mosquitos away right where you eat, and we couldn’t bear the smoke/smell

Stayed for 2 nights and had a villa and suite reserved and they kindly upgraded us to a villa both nights. All my prior correspondence was answered promptly. It’s a beautiful spot and we loved the privacy of our villa. Comfy beds and loved the open shower! Too bad it was too chilly to swim in our private pool in early March. We biked our first full day for about 5 hours and it was great! Fantastic map provided. Visited duck farm-be sure to get hand, foot and full body massage and ride Mary, the water buffalo. Such kind people. Also ate at the Pub with cold beer. Second day we visited Paradise cave and dark cave on the back of motorbikes. Paradise cave was awe inspiring. Wish we visited Phong Nha cave instead of dark cave. Zip line and kayaking disappointing. Staff is so kind. Meals good.

Weather prevented the safari both nights which was understandable but disappointing. No fault of farm stay.

Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr abgelegen, es ist weit und breit nichts. Das Essen hat uns nicht geschmeckt und es ist verhältnismäßig teuer,..

We loved our stay at Phong Nha Farmstay. The room was comfortable, the venue was spectacular and the location was perfect. The attention to the guests was above and beyond. We would highly recommend staying at Phong Nha Farmstay.
