Easy check in and good location to the beach. The furniture was nice.

Fridge was full of water and did not work. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Could not use the balcony because it always smelled like Marajuana outside. Upstairs shower was missing a shower curtain. The tv needs to be updated and all the remotes were taped together.

Beach front, perfect location, great places to eat close by, and John’s Pass.

Hot tub still not repaired after hurricanes, understandable and expected, but disappointing.

The beach was wonderful and the staff was extremely friendly.

When I booked it said there was a pool and the pool wasn't available when we arrived. They had information in the room stating it was a delay in repairs that were expected to have been completed by then. The room was dirty when we arrived to include a dead bug on the bed and a shower that wasn't cleaned (slimy floor visible dirt). Then the day before the last day were told we can't use the master shower due to a crack in the floor of the shower causing a leak into the unit below. This crack could have been repaired with a $30 kit from Home Depot and 15 minutes of somebody's time. But instead they put all five of us down to one bathroom. This is not at all the experience we paid for. Hilton prices with a motel 6 experience.

Die Lage und die Zimmeraufteilung hat uns gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist echt super.

Wir haben keine Info bekommen, dass am Anreisetag zu die "Rezeption" nicht besetzt sein wird. Wir standen erstmal etwas ratlos da. Dabei wäre es doch so einfach gewesen, schon bei der Buchung oder kurz vor der Anreise noch eine Nachricht zu schicken mit der Adresse wo wir unsere Schlüssel abholen können. Wir mussten während des Aufenthalts die Apartments wechseln, weil unser erstes Apartment vermietet war. Das hat uns einen halben Tag Urlaub gekostet in dem wir in unserem Zimmer saßen und darauf gewartet haben, dass wir umziehen dürfen. Leider konnte uns auch keiner eine konkrete Uhrzeit nennen oder uns sagen, dass wir einfach um 13 Uhr umziehen können, dann hätten wir in der Zeit etwas anderes machen können. Hätte uns jemand das vorher mitgeteilt, dann hätten wir den Aufenthalt storniert und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Auf Nachrichten über das Booking System wurde nicht geantwortet. Auch gab es vorab keine Info, dass der Pool nicht nutzbar ist, das ist ja alles okay, aber mit Kommunikation vorab könnte man vieles schon vorher klären.

Super nice cleaning staff. Apartment was very well equipped. Beach towels and beach lounge chairs (loungers) were available for use (complimentary). Parking included. Wonderful beach, uncrowded on a holiday weekend.
