The place was amazing and exceeded the value for the price paid.

The office location for checking in is not onsite and the road to get to the place was long and winding.

Location has a lake view overlooking current construction below as well. There are a lot new condo work in the area. This is a nice location. I would pick this option over a hotel/motel in Branson. Located basically on the back road on the west side of Branson that will take you to the 76 highway rout (the strip) or right to Silver Dollar City ((10minutes) or just a very short drive to the Table Rock Dam. It is a Thousand Hills property / time share. The apartment is owned by someone and you are using for a short time. NOTE: The "Clubhouse" for check in is not located at the property ! It is in Branson just off the strip. You have to check in first in person. Thousand Hills has about 15 properties to choose from. I would use them again.

Condo needs a flyswatter. The view was just ok out the back but you cant fix that. Maybe it was just me or the incomplete work down below this complex. Please, Relax on the pool restrictions for food and beverage.
