Tam Thanh Natural Beach Resort

It is right on the beach … literally and there are doggies you can cuddle and they live a stroke! I had dinner with the family two nights and it was delicious.. more food than I could eat! The resort is pretty peaceful and isolated but a 5 min walk up the beach and you are in a little town with coffee shops. There is a level of peace here that is hard to find.

There are gaps all around the doors so mosquitoes get in. The beach is lovely is strewn with rubbish so it’s definitely no good for bare feet. It was very difficult to get a grab taxi to come out even when I walked into the town so definitely need some transport of your own.

On a clean quiet beach. Very quiet. Owners are very nice. Our bungalow was okay. Clean enough and we had comfy chairs on our deck.

Run down resort. Needs a lot of TLC. Couldn’t lock our door. A km or 2 to get to restaurant.

Everything was just old, rundown, the doors only able to be locked from outside.

If you want complete peace and quiet and an empty beach then this is the place for you. Perfect for a quiet getaway or to get some work done remotely. We stayed for 2 nights and saw about 3 people on the beach the entire time which was just amazing.

There’s not much around with in walking g distance, the beach town is a ten minute walk along the beach and has a few coffee shops etc. so I’d recommend some supplies.

The location was wonderful. Ishmael was fantastic, could not have been more obliging and helpful. The wildness, remoteness and beauty were exactly what we wanted. There is nothing fussy or luxurious here but raw tranquillity.

We picked wrong time of year to go there and the rain and win made everything difficult. We had to leave early but will definitely be back when it is dry and warm.

Such a magical location and a truly kind and sweet host! We had dawn dip in the ocean and loved all the cute dogs and cats on the property and the beach bungalow vibe. So cute. The food was great too. Super peaceful and beautiful spot. The room wasn't closed off to the outside properly but there were mosquito nets for the beds so it wasn't really a problem
