I liked everything about the place

The staff member Princess was very kind and helpful, including the gentleman "owner or manager" when I phoned. The unit was clean and the sound of the waves was calming 😊. The view was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and relax.

The layout of the cottage

The heat. There are no aircons only fans and there are no proper porridge bowls

Staff was good

Was not maintained and kept at all. The apartment was dirty The stove did not work. The entrance gate did not work. The braai facility was dirty. We had to turn our geyser off as the lights kept tripping. And we had to buy our own bed sheets as the sheets were stained.

The location was great, right on the beach, could walk down at any time

First off the address on the website was wrong. The place wasn’t very clean, the braai grill was filthy, they were supposed to come in and clean the place everyday which they didn’t until we complained. All the appliances were rusted. the fridge was tiny, couldn’t even fit food for a couple days and that was just for three of us, and it sleeps 5. There was constant load shedding with no backup power. On New Year’s Eve people were letting off fireworks in the private area right by the rooms.

Everything was awesome

The host, Julio and the staff a great. The position of the property on the beach is fabulous. It was a wonderful surprise to find a beautiful spot at a reasonable rate
