The attention to the guests is awesome.

The breakfast was great and so was the staff. They did a great set up in the garden.

Very central to our travel plans

The security staff at the gate were extremely arrogant and very un welcoming. We felt like criminals entering and leaving. My cell phone was of line and I was abused that I did not have it working. For this reason I will never return and share my experience with fellow travelers and friends. I feel very sorry for the the staff at the venue as they were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing

Conveniently close to main reception. Food really great. Room size nice and big.

We had quite a bit of maintenance required on our room.

Lovely gardens, beautiful reserve, massage at spa was amazing and the warm pools at the spa were so relaxing. The food at the Piccinini Restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed the quad bike ride although it was a bit sedate.

The food we were served for supper on the first night was sub-standard - the ravioli was very under-cooked with a sauce that was way too salty, the chicken skin was burnt on the main and served with dry cous cous and crunchy vegetables, the dessert was supposed to be a brulee but there was no crunchy top and the milky centre was on a thick biscuit base. None of the food was particularly appealing and expensive for what was served. We didn't eat dinner there again. It is rather expensive since dinner is no longer included. One of the bedside lights did not work and we switched out the bulb with another light in the room. When moving the bedside tables to check that the lights were plugged in we realised that this area hadn't been cleaned recently. Overall maintenance and customer service is lacking.

Perfect location for my requirements.

The peace and quiet that the place has to offer. The place is also well maintained The staff is very friendly and always available to assist with any request The breakfast was exceptional

We didn’t get to stay in the property and we told we would get a refund. The room shown on bookings.com is a shared space with strangers with was very weird
