Really nice resort, cool energy, rooms are very clean

Its not 10 because of the location however if you rent a scooter you are good to go :)

Clean and relaxing swimming pool, sauna, very friendly stuff, room is big enough for family

Staff were fantastic nothing was a problem for them room very big great ac and tv channels

WiFi for Internet was very very poor couldn't get any work done

Great facilities, pool is lovely, large and clean, the rooms are v big and we were able to accommodate our friend group in the large flat with great views! we were also able to have a 1 room option afterwards by the pool. Peaceful by the mountains and set away from main road. Staff are v friendly and helpful. With bikes you can reach the town, nearby waterfall and sights and well placed for going further afield around the island.

The pool is nice and every room has a bathroom. Some of the staff are very nice and helpful.

The stay at the Landing resort was a huge disappointment. I will do my best to explain why so that future guests can be informed. Apartment: 1. The apartments are not really apartments but rather three bedrooms with a bathroom that are sharing a kitchen. There is no living room or other shared spaces as you would expect in an apartment. 2. The shower is cold or burning hot, nothing in between. 3. There are hardly any appliances in the kitchen. As an example we had to go and buy a knife to be able to cut an apple. Services: 1. When we booked it was stated on the booking site that there was a restaurant. There was no restaurant which was extremely bothersome for us as we were travelling with kids, not with a car and no markets or restaurants near by. 2. When we booked it was stated on the booking site that there was breakfast available with western and Asian options. That was not correct. 3. When we booked it was stated on the booking site that there were beach/pool towels. We only had one white towel in the room per person and there were not other towels available. Therefore we took the towel from the room to the pool and did on one occasion take it to the beach. Afterwards we were charged with the cost of the towel as they were dirty. When we objected the added charges of towels when checking out, they attempted to close the exit gate and actually closed the drive way with a bar so we could not depart before paying for towels that we did not loose. They were only dirty and promised pool/beach towels not available. I have never been treated this way in any hotel I have stayed at. 4. There is one person that speaks English and she is is only there a few hours a day. 5. It is stated that there is daily cleaning. That is absolutely not true. I believe they cleaned once during our one week stay. Location: The location is inconvenience if you do not have a car. Far from the beach. Far from a supermarket. No restaurants in the vicinity.

The staff was mostly nice and helpful except for the owner

When we came our fridge was broken and a lot of things about the facilities that were advertised on booking.com were not in place. The apartment was for example much smallar than advertised, the was no restaurant or massage parlour on site. They don't have specific pool towels and started very soon complaining about how dirty we made the white towels even though we tried not to. In the end we had to pay for "ruining" a few towels because the would not let us leave until we did (they closed the gate!) We constantly needed to ask for things that should be provided, like toilet paper, and there was very little equipment in the kitchen of the apartment.

Amazing pool-area, great sauna, rooftop terrace with lots of potential, really nice and engaged staff This place is beautiful and easily could be a 4*/5* resort

2,3 unlucky situations due to communication challenges with staff (English language), pool area should be cleaned from food and drink more often, resort quite outside of town -> taxi or scooter needed everyday
