Please note that the accommodation rate includes ground transportation only, round trip from Cartagena, under the following fixed schedule: Departure at 12:00 and at 13:45 on check-out day. Boat transportation has an additional cost of COP 300,000 round trip per person. Meeting point: Gate 3 at La Bodeguita Pier, between 07:00 and 07:30. Departure time: 8:00. Estimated travel time: 45 minutes. Check-out day: Departure from the hotel at 14:45. Please note that children up to 1 year old and with a crib, stay free of charge. If you wish to include your boat transportation, you may add it before completing your reservation on our website. This is a private service for up to 3 guests, to our parking area located in Barú, where guests will take a 3–5 minute boat transfer to the hotel accompanied by one of our staff members. MARITIME TRANSPORTATION (round trip from Cartagena) IS NOT INCLUDED and operates under the following fixed schedule: Boat transportation has an additional cost of COP 300,000 round trip per person, including one piece of luggage up to 23 kg (50 lb) plus one backpack per person. Pier tax: COP 31,500 per person (paid directly at the pier ticket office). Meeting point: Gate 3 at La Bodeguita Pier, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Departure time: 8:00 a.m. Estimated travel time: 45 minutes. Check-out day: Departure from the hotel at 2:45 p.m. If you wish to include your boat transportation, you may add it before completing your reservation on our website. IMPORTANT: If your arrival in Cartagena is outside this schedule, it will not be possible to request or reserve maritime transportation. Therefore, your transfer to the hotel will be subject to the conditions of the included ground transportation or the private ground transportation service outside regular hours. At any time, the hotel may modify transportation logistics if required due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or instructions from local authorities. The Pier Usage Fee of COP 31,500 per person is NOT INCLUDED and must be paid directly at the ticket office before boarding. IF YOU WISH TO ARRIVE IN YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE: Please watch the instructional video on how to reach our private parking area in Barú. From there, you will connect to the hotel by boat in approximately 5 minutes.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
