Nice location and nice staff and especially free Airport shuttle

Breakfast was supposed to be from 7 to 10 am but they took away the buffet at 9-40 am although brought back on my request. It would have been more professional to observe the announced timings.

Friendly staff

A hotel in Timor should be evaluated by local standards. Excelsior passes that test well. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The property is well-maintained, well-located. As a western business traveller I find Excelsior meets my needs.

Breakfast was good and was even served in my room for 2 of the 3 days. The staff is friendly and helpful. Air conditioning works well.

I think everything was fine. It's an older hotel, but it's been well maintained.

dirty bathroom, it does not deserve 66 USD, too expensive for this facility

Staff was super friendly and very helpful It was a quite location with in a large compound. They do the laundry for FREE. Though they don't have a full time restaurant, you can order and get tasty meals delivered to your room. (~6-8USd per meal) Rooms have WiFi. They have a basic but good breakfast offered. Seen a maintained pool, but not seen people using it though. Can walk up to the main "beach front" with few restaurants and shops from the hotel

Little bit off from the center. Not many shops or other activities near by. Facilities look dated and garden is not much maintained.
