There were bugs everywhere and they got into the room. Other than that the staff was good

The hotel was wonderful, it looks just like the pictures. We were there in the first days of March, there were only a few guests in the resort, and they were only there for a few nights. We really liked that the pool was just 2 steps from the room, the umbrella was always ready in the morning, the pool towels were beautifully decorated with flowers, and the restaurant was ready for our order at any time of the day. We ordered lunch and dinner from the pool several times and when it was ready we went to the restaurant on the other side of the pool. Our host Nada deserves 5 stars, he greeted us several times a day, always politely asked if everything was okay, if we needed anything, we had a good chat and he was always very cheerful. He treated us like his own family, his presence was always felt. The food is very delicious, ask for the floating breakfast in the pool, it is very well priced and you will really enjoy it. The location is very good, the ambiance is very calm, the staff is very helpful, the service is excellent, good wifi connection almost everywhere in the property, very good dining options.

The refrigerator is little bit noisy during the night.

Peaceful, quiet & beautiful resort. Fantastic staff, so kind. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent & lots of choice. Room very clean. Highly recommend for a peaceful option outside of busy Ubud. Excellent Bali for money also!
