"Exceptional"

The staff were so lovely! Very friendly and considerate. The beds were very comfortable. Great showers and plenty of toiletries provided. Air-con worked great. Swimming pool was good. The rooms are so much better than the photos online!

The neighbours rooster that woke us at 3am!! But that's island life

"Private villa but not value for money"

The villa as such was very beautiful, amid fields. But little interior. Cab and food delivery through Grab is available.very good service and villa is kept very coean

1. The breakfast was a set menu with limited choice , but the time taken to serve it was improportional. 2.The rooms did not have any chair or luggage holder. The second room didnot have even a wardrobe. Very difficult to handle luggage. 3. The villa entrance had a very high step and didnot have a ramp also. Not at all old age friendly. Wish the hotel makes some changes in these aspects.

"Very pleasant experience!"

All of the staff in the hotel and restaurant were super friendly and attentive, they remembered that my mum was vegetarian and always brought the vegetarian menu for meals. Our rooms were cleaned every day and everything was always in immaculate condition. They supplied fresh water bottles everyday and payed attention to the little details (like leaving the aircon on and replacing towels etc). The villa was about 15 minutes away from the town centre but it was in a nice quiet area which felt relaxing.

The only feedback i have is for water to please be easily available with meals in the restaurant, otherwise no complaints!
