Ubud Nyuh Bali Resort & Spa

The resort was beautiful, clean, well cared for, with beautiful gardens and rooms, a huge bath in the room, quiet, peaceful. The staff were outstanding - super helpful and genuinely friendly. They left a gift in our room for our anniversary and a week later sung me happy birthday at breakfast and gave me a cake. The free yoga and pilates was awesome, also enjoyed a free rice paddy walk, free afternoon tea and shuttles into town.

Nothing really - the gym could do with a bit of TLC!

Disaster of a resort! I came to Nyu Resort Ubud expecting a nice, relaxing vacation. Instead, they completely ruined my ability to enjoy ordinary hotels ever again. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, the rooms were beautiful, the food was excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. Every detail seemed thoughtfully designed to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. I kept looking for something to complain about, but unfortunately, I came up empty-handed. I arrived as a guest and left wishing I had booked a much longer stay. 5 stars across the board. Highly recommended!

I loved that if I wanted to stay on the resort there was activities included and it was scenic enough to want to stay. Staff were very polite and helpful, I wanted to explore some trips and they made sure to gice me the best price. Its a great place if you want to relax and do nothing.

Not much walking distance

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. Everything felt luxurious - from the quiet lush setting to the beautiful room and massive bathroom. Breakfast every morning was included and there was a wide selection of main breakfast dishes to choose from (including vegetarian) plus all the sides. We looked forward to chatting with Dendi every morning and he gave great recommendations. We also enjoyed the free activities offered by the resort like making sambal matah, rice terraces walk and yoga. Overall a lovely stay and genuine friendly staff.

The resort is located around a half hour drive (or more with traffic) from Ubud so factor plenty of travel time in for restaurant bookings etc.

The property itself is well maintained and very charming. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always ready to assist with any request. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we left with only positive impressions. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your hospitality — we hope to return again in the future!

The villa was beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everyone seemed to be smiling, the location was perfect close enough to Ubud's attractions, restaurants, and shops, while still feeling private and tranquil. The breakfast was delicious, and every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations.

We came to Nyuh Bali for a 3 days gate away and it was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet. We were welcomed by Yoga who accompanied us to our room and was so helpful. The room itself was a 10/10 very comfy you have everything you will need from towels to sewing kits. We enjoyed a morning walk in the rice fields and I highly recommend to do it. its a 7am walk of 45 minutes where the guide explains the rice production process. The breakfast was also very delicious and has many things to choose from. Special shout out to our chef Dendi for the delicious eggs and to Novik for the great service. (Thank you to all the staff btw they were amazing) The pool area is very clean and quite for a nice swim.

Lovely surroundings, beautiful villas , loved the shuttle bus into Ubud, yoga, spa.

We booked a 2 bedroom villa for 3 adults, I asked for 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms, when we arrived at the property our room had 1 large bed , I complained but they told me it couldn’t be changed, they did offer to move us the next day to another villa, we declined as we had already relaxed and settled in, didn’t want the trouble to move .
