Pleasant and peaceful location, nearby to many sightseeing places. Very good management. Thankful to the resort management for providing complimentary breakfast.

Nice stay. Only drawback is the road to the resort. Rest are ok.

I was provided with a suit like big room with adjacent anteroom and big toilet. The room had a personal balcony, also. My likings stop here.

1. Extremely poor service, almost non-existing. 2. No phone connection from room to the reception or anywhere. 3. No electric kettle, tea-coffee, cup, etc. provided. 4. Towels after somebody uses, washed and left lying to dry on the frontyard where their dogs defecate and urinate. 5. Tiles of the room were broken. Other than two mini soaps no toiletries were there. 6. One window could not be closed and hence the cold in the room at night was unbearable. 7. Bedsheet was torn in places. 8. Blankets given were of mini size and not adequate to resist cold. 9. We requested for hot water and given lukewarm water after one hour. 10. We requested for a cup and after a few hours a broken old mini cup was given. 11. For dinner we asked million times but only given hope that there would be something. Even we were not given the menu card. Later we had to arrange our dinner from outside restaurant 2 km away. 12. Breakfast was having almost no choice. We got Puri-sabzi, not great but okayish. One omelette requested for our kid and we got semi burnt one. 13. Lights were inadequate in the room as some of the fittings did not have lamps. The toilet fresh air fan was not working also. 14. It was impossible to see in the mirrors as there was no light and the toilet mirror was so covered with dirt that I had to shave almost blindly. 15. Two broken tiles were used as bedside table. 16. Balcony side door did not have a bolt. 17. The most irritating factor was that none of the staff responded to hails or calls.
