A kert gyönyörű és kifogástalanul gondozott, az ételek messze a legjobbak voltak, amiket eddig törökországi all inclusive szállodában ettünk. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, a szoba pedig csendes, tágas és mindig makulátlanul tiszta, csak úgy mint az összes terület a hotelben. Valóban elképesztően tiszta tényleg MINDEN. Biztosan visszatérünk.

A szobában több alkalommal is találtunk csótányt, az irtás után pedig még több elpusztult példányt is. A hotel jelzésünk után azonnal és nagyon profin kezelte a problémát, de egy ötcsillagos szállodában nem örültünk a csótányoknak. Közös területeken is láttunk néhány elpusztultat. A hotel szoba berendezései kissé régiek már. Hiányoltuk a fürdőszobai piperebekészítést (sampon, testápoló, hajbalzsam)

In my opinion, TUI Magic Life Belek is a wonderful hotel. It is surrounded by beautiful blooming gardens, which provide shade and make it easier to enjoy the warm weather. The gardening team does an outstanding job, and thanks to their hard work, the hotel grounds are exceptionally green and well maintained. It was a lovely bonus to see hedgehogs and turtles living in the area. The staff are polite and helpful. I am especially grateful to the hotel team for providing us with a room in a quiet, green area, exactly as I had hoped. The food is not only diverse and delicious but also beautifully presented. I understand that this may not be important to everyone, but I truly appreciated the attention given to the visual presentation of the dishes. I would also like to highlight the hotel's attention to cleanliness everywhere, from the restaurant to the beach, which is particularly important in my opinion not only for creating a positive impression but also for ensuring the health of the guests. The hotel offers a wide range of activities. Warm thanks to the table tennis and archery team, Georgie and Hayal, and especially to Ali, who made the archery experience particularly enjoyable. Thank you!

Overall, we had a very positive impression of the hotel. The location is great, the territory is beautiful and well maintained, the beach is clean, and the sea was warm and clear. The pools and water slides were excellent. We also really enjoyed the food, the variety of cuisine, the entertainment programs, sports activities, and the number of different events during the day. In general, the hotel has a lot to offer, and most parts of our stay were very enjoyable.

The biggest issue for us was communication. Replies through Booking.com were very slow, sometimes only the next day, which was surprising for a hotel of this level. We also had a frustrating experience when trying to extend our stay by one additional night. We originally planned to stay for 8 nights, but due to a bank card payment limit, we were only able to book 7 nights first and wanted to add the extra night separately. Booking.com did not allow us to book just one night, apparently due to a minimum-stay restriction. The reception told us to book online, while online it was technically impossible. Only after long explanations and contact with the main office were we told that an extension was possible, but the price was already more than €100 higher per night than what we had paid before, even though available rooms existed, including our current room. This felt unreasonable and created a negative experience. There were also issues with the à la carte restaurant booking system. We requested a reservation for The Flavour Restaurant, but never received any confirmation or clear status in the app. Because of that, we did not attend, but the system still counted the slot as used. Later, we could not make another reservation, and the slot was not restored. The app seems unreliable in this part. At Green Curry Restaurant, I ordered extra wine for an additional charge, but only received about half a portion because the bottle finished and the same wine was no longer available. Still, the full amount was charged. Also, I ordered mocha, but Turkish coffee was brought instead here. Other smaller issues: we had to ask several times to receive the invoice (still not received), there was a smell of burning outside for several evenings/nights, and there were mosquitoes. To be fair, after we mentioned the mosquito issue, the reception brought us mosquito devices, which we appreciated. Sometimes the service also felt uneven.
