Cinnamon Beach Villas

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand, grosses Zimmer und Terrasse ( wir hatten die Strandvilla), gutes, preiswertes Restaurant ( Ziya ) unmittelbar daneben - ruhige Lage. Wer hektischer will muss auf die Hauptstraße und und Zentrum. Eine schöne, überschaubare Anlage zum wohlfühlen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Meerzugang sehr flach, zum Einkaufen ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß - Rollerverleih gibt es im Hotel

À notre arrivée ils nous ont assigné une chambre supérieure au deuxième étage avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le personnel est très sympathique et attentionnés, la piscine est très bien et la nourriture était excellente.

La structure est un peu vieillissante et a besoin d’être rafraîchi. Les restaurants sont limités dans les environs et tu dois marcher une demi-heure pour rejoindre le village à deux kilomètres du resort ou prendre un taxi. Un peu plus d’ombre serait idéal.

Breakfast was amazing, staff was amazing 🤩 location was amazing for relaxing. I can definitely recommend this hotel! And I speak for the whole family.

Das Hotel liegt an einem Hang mit wunderschönem Blick über die Bucht. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und von schönen Dingen umgeben. Das Restaurant ist hervorragend, mit das beste Essen was ich in Thailand hier gegessen habe. Personal ist außerordentlich bemüht um einen schönen Aufenthalt zu garantieren.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist gut, entsprechend des Preises. Natürlich hätte dies noch etwas moderner sein können, hat Tim Aufenthalt aber überhaupt nicht geschadet.

Der schön angelegte Garten und die entspannte Atmosphäre am Pool waren toll. Das Hotel ist klein und familiär. Am Pool gab es immer ausreichend freie Liegen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Lamai ist wunderbar.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und abseits vom großen Trubel. Das hat uns zwar gefallen, allerdings sind die Taxipreise ziemlich hoch. Und ein Taxi braucht man, um dorthin zu kommen, wo was los ist. Der nächste Seven Eleven ist nur dann fußläufig einigermaßen gut erreichbar, wenn man am Strand entlang gehen kann. Das ist jedoch bei Flut nicht immer so einfach und manchmal unmöglich.

Great hotel, tucked slightly away up a hill but with beautiful views, the warmest welcome we’ve ever received by one the girls on reception the lovely ‘Watermelon’… yes that is her beautiful name. Rooms are large of a little dated but the hotel has an old school charm. Pool was small but functional with a bar and restaurant. Hire a bike if you stay here as the walk may be a little too much, we loved the quiet of the hotel as you can get to most areas very easily.

Our time at Cinnamon Beach Villas was so special. We were in one of the Villas right by the pool, which I highly highly recommend. The rooms were perfect for us (although we didn’t need the bunk beds!), with a gorgeous outdoor shower and a balcony with sun loungers. The woman who greeted us at breakfast every morning was a highlight of our every day - so warm and welcoming and made us special vegetarian options of every dish. The breakfasts were simple but delicious. All the staff at reception were so kind and helpful, I genuinely felt like I was going to cry when we had to check out and say goodbye. And the views. Wow. Eating breakfast looking out over the ocean was such a lovely way to start the day. (Followed by an immediate dip in the pool.) It never felt crowded, it was incredibly peaceful, and the ocean was accessible by a set of stairs. The ocean is VERY shallow when the tide is out, but we didn’t mind at all. We spent the week earlier in Chaweng at an enormous fancy resort, and while this is much more low key, and a little more rustic, we preferred it. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The only thing is it’s a bit of a walk into Lamai so we had to get Grabs each day in and out of town. But such a small price to pay for staying in this beautiful resort.
