Внимательный, заботливый персонал, удобная кровать, все номера в гостинице с видом на океан. Есть ещё и бунгало, но я жила в отеле, поэтому про бунгало ничего не могу сказать. Вкусные завтраки. Вообще кухня очень приличная, готовят вкусно, меню разнообразное (можно смело обедать и ужинать)

Great quiet place tucked away close between lamai and chaweng areas, beautiful mountain road nearby that takes you north to bo phut area. Friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant and bar, the laundry service isnt cheap but it is very nice, I absolutely love the smell of my clothes after having them washed! I had my own unique issue of the outside patio getting dirty over night from winds and I believe a gecko or sum big lizzard pooping but all I had to do was message the staff and 3 cleaning ladies would come and make sure it was spotless. I think the price is normal for what is provided and comparable to what you would find elsewhere for a quiet place. Interestingly enough the Renaissance is just a little ways down the beach from here, felt like you "essentially" got that same experience for a fraction of the price. Room is very spacious and outdoor area was very nice and spacious as well. Indoor and outdoor shower and bathtub, no view from the outdoor shower to be noted but that was fine, still some nice plants around the base. All in all great thanks!

The location is amazing. Definitely have to use bolt or taxi service to get around if you dont hire a car or bike yourself. Its just outside of the main part of Lamai so you get the peace and quiet and no sounds of hustle and bustle but you are only a 5 min drive away from absolutely everything.

Le bruit de la climatisation était très fort, ce qui m’a empêché de passer une seule bonne nuit durant le séjour. Nous avons également eu un tuyau de douche qui fuyait, ce qui nous donnait très peu de pression pour nous laver, même si cela a été réparé rapidement.

The staff at Cinnamon are excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful with all of my requests/questions. The location is far enough away from Lamai so it's very quiet, but only a 30 minute walk on the beach to get to Lamai and their restaurants and shops. Cinnamon has a really good kitchen and chef and staff with great and varied menu of western and classic Thai dishes. The pool is beautiful as was my room, a suite on the top level with phenomenal views and very quiet and private.

I liked everything, no complaints at all.
