אני מבקש להביע את תודתי הגדולה לכל צוות.המלון,קיבלנו שירות יוצא מן הכלל ואני מבקש להודות במיוחד ליאניס אחראי הברים של המלון,בזכותו אנחנו באים למלון כבר 6 שנים. שמחנו מאוד גם להכיר את.מריאנה מנהלת מזון ומשקאות ואנחנו מבקשים לאחל לה בהצלחה בתפקיד. נשוב בעתיד לבקר שוב במלון שי,שני,מארק,אורית,אנסטסיה ויוסי.

Good breakfast, clean rooms, there is a parking at the hotel and nearby, several swimming pools, a private beach at the hotel with water sports

- Location: Fantastic. Stunning sea view, direct access to the beach, and right outside the hotel you step into a lively street full of bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops. - View: Never gets old. I highly recommend booking a sea view — we were upgraded, and it truly made a difference to our stay. - Rooms: Well soundproofed. - Staff: Friendly, helpful, attentive, and efficient. - Kids friendly : pool for kids, kids club, the mini disco was a highlight for the kids every evening, they loved it! - Housekeeping: Rooms were perfectly cleaned every day, and the housekeeper was very respectful of our needs and requests. - Pools: Very clean, with daily maintenance every morning. - Spa: The welcome felt a bit too commercial, but the treatment itself was excellent. - Jet ski: Wonderful experience with very kind and helpful staff.

- Room: A bit dated in some areas. It’s not a major issue, but it doesn’t really meet 5-star standards. The mattress on the main bed was far too soft, while the sofa bed where my children slept was actually much more comfortable. - Restaurant: We were on half board. Breakfast was fairly complete and had enough variety to satisfy everyone, but the quality wasn’t excellent. Despite the effort to offer different themed dinners every evening, we didn’t really enjoy the meals. Very limited options for vegetarians and children, apart from the dessert buffet. Entry level it was the equivalent of a 4 stars hotel. - Drinks: The prices at the hotel bars are quite high. It’s more worthwhile to go to the nearby street instead. - Entertainment: Mostly in German.

We liked -The size of the resort -Ease of use -Beach

We didn't like: -Having to pay for water at dinner for half board -having the feeling that everything is related to money and spending -not finding a place to lounge at the pool although it is forbidden to reserve (eveybody does it and management is allowing it) -Gym is underground, low ceiling, bad ventilation and a smell hazard -The system in place for timings at dinner and breakfast -The animation team: teenagers doing the bare minimum as per contract
