Peaceful, quiet location with spectacular views of the mountains and the rice paddy fields. We loved waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the mist move through the mountains and fields. Pool is clean and a good size. Staff was super attentive and fabulous. The restaurant serves wonderful food and again very attentive staff there too. Buffet breakfast was a delight with a really good spread. Everything is really well thought out to give the guests a truly relaxed holiday experience. Massage in the room was an added benefit. We loved our stay

Cadre idyllique. Le logement est vraiment jolie. La piscine et la vue également.

L’emplacement est horrible. Les grab ont du mal à venir nous récupérer car la route qui accède au logement est chaotique… de plus dans la chambre qui semble au première abord parfaite ne l’est pas comme évoqué. L’eau de la douche/ baignoire ne s’évacue pas donc on est inondé dès qu’on rentre dans la salle de bain. De plus au niveau du coin de la fenêtre il y avait de l’eau qui s’infiltrait. Et je trouve que le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas bon du tout.

The road up to it is in awful condition so it’s particularly inconvenient to get too. it would be much better to stay in Sapa town. They charge quite an expensive early check in fee and card payment fee which most other hotels didn’t add. Noisy - hoards of birds were nesting in the roof above the room chirping from the early hours and there’s a rooster nearby too.

La struttura è bellissima con uno splendido panorama sulle risaie! Le stanze ampie con vasca panoramica ! Ampia scelta dei pasti a buffet durante la colazione! Ci hanno organizzato il trasporto dall aeroporto ! Il personale pronto a rispondere sempre nell immediato !

Séjour de rêve ! Le logement est magnifique et l’emplacement est incroyable, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de la ville de Sapa, en pleine nature, entouré de forêt, de montagnes et de rizières à couper le souffle. La piscine est bien entretenue, le jardin est très beau, et la nourriture du restaurant est délicieuse. Le personnel a été très gentil : ils nous ont même montré comment préparer le pho et le egg coffee !

The road leading to the hotel is very rough. The breakfast was also cold and the staff weren’t super friendly.

After staying a few nights in Hectic Sapa, moving down into the valley for some peace and serenity was a welcome change. A quiet area with a wonderful view over some terraces, and a view of the cable car overhead. The bath was a welcome warmer - it was just 14 degrees when we visited, and wet and misty, adding to the ambience. The breakfast was delicious and I'm sure the pool would have been well used, had it been warm enough for a swim.

It was about an hours walk up into the hub that is Sapa so recommend the Grab app for reliable, cheap taxi service

The stay was quite comfortable and an interesting agricultural part of Sapa on display. The grounds are nicely landscaped and the location in general is quiet and relaxing. The view from the room is great.

Our entire villa was leaning at an angle of a few degrees such that water accumulated and flooded the entire bathroom if you used the shower as it couldn't drain. The villa next to us has apparently sunken even further and was leaning even more. The food served in the restaurant was really not the best and seems overpriced, better to dine in town.
